An ecotour with many landscapes
A perfect day to escape from the city and discover the countryside. From any corner of Marbella, you can see Sierra Blanca and its famous Concha (1,215 meters), emblem of the city and true invitation to hiking. We will visit several points of interest to discover the nearby nature.
From the top of the mountain
After visiting some preserved dunes, we cannot miss a visit to the mountain range in El Juanar, with its Mediterranean vegetation, pine and olive groves, and picturesque views over Africa.
Butterfly Search
At midday, the majestic Four-tailed butterfly is very active. It is worth looking for its host plant, the strawberry tree.
Freshwater ecosystem
We need to dedicate some time to aquatic ecosystems. In a stream, we will observe waterfowl, dragonflies and galapagos.
Sunset
If there is still energy after this long day, we will move to Sierra Bermeja where isolated cork oaks grow. From a beautiful viewpoint the Concha de Marbella will appear at sunset. What a finish, what a day!
