Ecotourism circuits
Generally one-day excursions, alternating vehicle travel and short walks on flat terrain, which allow visiting points of interest in the region of Andalusia, more specifically in the Genal Valley, the Serranía de Ronda and its surroundings. For example, panoramic views, spectacular landscapes, amazing reliefs, white villages or Mediterranean forests, and meet people from the land and artisans or animals in their habitat and admirable blooms.
Guided trekking
Guided rambles, on foot, that adopt a gentle rhythm and whose objective is the discovery of nature, the contemplation of landscapes and the promotion of good health through physical exercise. Interpretation of the environment is included to better appreciate and understand the landscape we are traveling through: the species of flora and fauna, the Mediterranean ecosystems and the traditional uses and trades that coincide in our path.
Forest bathing
Originally from Japan, shinrin-yoku has been recognized as a preventive medicine since 1982. More than just a walk in the forest, it is about practicing a deep relaxation session, as well as exposing yourself to the molecules emitted by plants. It is known that this practice strengthens the immune system, reduces blood pressure and improves concentration and cardiovascular health.
