Today we attend the Final Meeting “Rural Cicerones, Málaga Slow Intelligent Destination” where products and itineraries created within its framework were presented. This program has been developed thanks to the support of La Noria, Center for Social Innovation, and La Caixa.

The opening talk «Creating products and the potential of the rural environment in the tourism of slow and experiences» was given by Antonio Reina, Head Dept. Product Creation and Consulting of the Public Company for Tourism and Tourism Management Sport of Andalusia of the Junta de Andalusia.

We were surprised by the presentation for its sustainable approach and considerations close to the ones defended by the environmental movement. We hope that the Administration follows this path.

Then each Rural Cicerones present his project in 3-minute shifts. G3-guides unveiled the company, the fate tourism highlights of the Genal Valley and its flagship product: «The forest, inside and outside».

This experience can be found in the 2020 catalog of slow experiences in the province of Malaga.

We were also able to exchange ideas during a networking breakfast.

It is worth pointing out that the program had an impact on the media, for example in La Vanguardia.
