Off the tourist circuit

…to admire the mountains of the Serranía de Ronda, the Sierra de Grazalema, the Sierra de Las Nieves and the suggestive African coast, without forgetting the griffon vultures that soar in the sky.

Discover an attractive Andalusia

We will continue with a walk through the forest (4 km path), a centennial cork oak that dominates the beautiful Genal Valley, in front of the pinsapar of Sierra Bermeja. We will know the typical biodiversity of the Mediterranean vegetation: trees, shrubs, herbaceous plants, insects and birds.

Feel the nature

We will explore with the 5 senses what you see, smell, feel, taste and hear. Walking and a forest bathing will make us feel better and more connected with nature.

The rural traditions

In the afternoon, a small visit to the beautiful white village of Benarrabá will allow us to know the popular architecture and customs of its inhabitants.

Environmental interpretation

Then, in the nature interpretation center (Genal Field Station), we will observe samples collected in the field with magnifying glasses and digital microscopes.

Finale with a landscape

Finally, we will say goodbye at the Mirador del Genal, from where to contemplate a panoramic view of the lush valley and its villages.
